Fiorilli Construction Awarded East College Street Project
Fiorilli Construction, Inc. has been contracted to perform the construction services for the East College Street project in Oberlin, Ohio. This mixed use project consists of multiple structures, containing a total of approximately 28,000 square feet of retail space, 52,000 square feet of residential space and 15,000 square feet of parking structures. This abandoned Brownfield site in downtown Oberlin will be redeveloped into a sustainably designed community. With support and funding from the City of Oberlin, Oberlin College and various creative financing sources this project will now become a reality as construction is intended to commence this year.
