Fiorilli Construction Awarded East College Street Project
Located in Oberlin, Ohio
Fiorilli Construction, Inc. has been contracted to perform the construction services for the East College Street project in Oberlin, Ohio. This mixed use project is a Pilot Version: LEED ND (Neighborhood Development Rating System) project that consists of multiple structures, containing a total of approximately 28,000 square feet of retail space, 52,000 square feet of residential space and 15,000 square feet of parking structures. This abandoned Brownfield site in downtown Oberlin will be redeveloped into a sustainably designed community. With support and funding from the City of Oberlin, Oberlin College and various creative financing sources this project will now become reality as construction is currently well underway and is scheduled for completion in 2010.
