Continuing our relationship with Marc's Discount Store, Fiorilli Construction has been awarded the interior build out of a new shell space for Marc's Discount Store at City Center of Avon, Phase II.

This project includes new HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical systems, and two truck docks for store deliveries.  Also included is a complete electrical system with back up generator for the extensive refrigeration package.  Interior finishes include metal studs, drywall and acoustical ceilings in the office areas.  The wide open sales floor will receive paint on the open joist and deck ceiling with painted walls and a vinyl composite tile floor. 

Marc's Discount Store, located at City Center of Avon, Phase II, is scheduled to open in the summer of 2010!
