As the regions leader in sustaniable building practices, Fiorilli Construction is proud to have been selected to team with PNC as the Constructor of their first ground-up branch location in Northeast Ohio.  Located across from Crocker Park in Westlake, this LEED Gold project will add to PNC's ten year portfolio of sustainable buildings that has made them #1 on the planet in USGBC certified buildings! With more than 70 green branch locations opened to date, PNC is green from the ground up.  Among the many sustainable and responsible building practices, over 50% of the construction materials used in their buildings are locally manufactured or made from recycled materials throughout the building ranging from structural steel to carpet and fabrics.  Completed in Spring of 2010, Fiorilli Construction is bringing yet another sustainable project online for PNC and adding a Gold Certified building to the region!
