]]> <![CDATA[Fiorilli Completes Chapel for Children's Home]]> BEREA, OH, MARCH 26, 2007:  Fiorilli Construction is putting the finishing touches on the Reinberger Chapel at the Berea Children's Home this Tuesday, March 27, 2007 at 9 a.m.  As part of the newly constructed Reinberger Chapel, the church steeple will be set this Tuesday, March 27, 2007 at 9:00 am.

The mission of Berea Children's Home and Family Services is to improve the lives and opportunities of children, families and adults by providing an integrated system of effective behavioral health and family support services.  The Berea Children's Home has a long standing history in the community dating back to 1864.  The Home initially sheltered Civil War orphans.  Their first 100 years were dedicated to caring for children classified as neglected, dependent, or abandoned.

]]> <![CDATA[Fiorilli Construction Builds New Value Place Hotel]]> CLEVELAND – February 15, 2008 – Fiorilli Construction is proud to announce the commencement of their first hotel with Value Place, the nation's fastest-growing extended stay hotel chain.  Fiorilli Construction is building one of the first Value Place Hotels in Ohio expanding the chain to over 20 states.

 

Located in Akron, OH, the hotel will be 43,000 square feet and cost an anticipated $4 million.  Construction breaks ground February 2008 and continues through September 2008.  Carmen Fiorilli, President of Fiorilli Construction comments, “Value Place is a fresh organization coming into the Midwest that looks forward to FCI supporting their future development plans for continued success.”

]]> <![CDATA[Fiorilli Construction Proud to Announce Completion of Brad Friedel's Premier Soccer Academy]]> CLEVELAND – March 14, 2008 – Fiorilli Construction is the general contractor for Brad Friedel’s Premier Soccer Academy located in Lorain, OH.  The 27-acre facility project was completed earlier this month after two years of intense planning and construction.  It includes a 35,000 square foot academy, a gym, fitness room, trainer’s facility, dormitory for players and staff, three full size soccer fields, and a 70,000 square foot field house with indoor soccer field.

 

This European style facility opened its doors late last year and will soon host large soccer tournaments this coming summer.  The constant communication between the architect, owner, builder, and trades became a key factor to make this project a success.  Carmen Fiorilli, president of Fiorilli Construction comments, “Overall, this project is a prime example of what our company offers – a prospective developer or owner can walk in with a grand vision for a construction project that needs expert navigation, large or small, and we’ll find the solution.
