This abandoned Brownfield site in downtown Oberlin will be redeveloped into a sustainably designed community.  With support and funding from the City of Oberlin, Oberlin College and various creative financing sources this project will now become reality as construction is currently well underway and is scheduled for completion in 2010.

This project includes new HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical systems, and two truck docks for store deliveries.  Also included is a complete electrical system with back up generator for the extensive refrigeration package.  Interior finishes include metal studs, drywall and acoustical ceilings in the office areas.  The wide open sales floor will receive paint on the open joist and deck ceiling with painted walls and a vinyl composite tile floor. 

Marc's Discount Store, located at City Center of Avon, Phase II, is scheduled to open in the summer of 2010!

The project includes demolishing of the adjacent building and adding new store fronts and balconies to create a courtyard for increased pedestrian traffic on CSU Campus.  The top floor will be the new Corporate Headquarters of Allegro Realty Advisors, while the lower level will house various new retailers to assist in the revitalization of the Euclid Corridor.  The basement level will also be converted to parking.  Occupancy is anticipated in the Summer of 2010.

Next up is Moe's Southwest Grill.  Scheduled to open in winter 2011, Moe's will bring another popular restaurant to downtown Cleveland and fill the second tenant space in the old Morse Graphics Building.

Aladdin's will be joining Mustard Seed and Panera Bread at 3895 Market Street.
