Fiorilli Construction provided the Landlord work as well as performed the Tenant build out on this new establishment which is part of the Seasoned Brands line of cafe/restaurants. FCI built the space out completely from a raw shell condition. Work included demising walls, HVAC, interior finishes, concrete floor staining, plumbing, electrical and sprinkler modification. Camille’s Cafe is located at the new Westgate Mall where Fiorilli Construction has been the General Contractor on several other projects.
