Construction of a $4.5 million – five story stair and elevator tower for CSU enhances the University’s Chester Avenue presence and provides better access to the main campus core. Fiorilli Construction was the general contractor for this project consisting of pre-cast concrete, aluminum curtain wall, two elevators, and stairwell connecting the new tower to the existing main classroom building. Interior work includes drywall, acoustical ceiling tiles, vinyl composition tile, sprinkler system, electrical, mechanical, and additional finishes.
