Over the span of nearly half a decade, Fiorilli Construction has performed ground up construction services within the Lorain City School District’s $216 Million school rebranding and renovation program. During this period, Fiorilli Construction served as the general trades contractor for Homewood, Masson, Lincoln and Hawthorne Elementary Schools along with other miscellaneous renovation projects around the District. Ground up construction for each new 52,500 SF facility included extensive site work redevelopment, building structure and envelope, interior finishes and FF&E.
