Interior demolition of a 46,000 square feet existing grocery store in preparation for new construction of a Marc’s Discount store. Fiorilli Construction was the general contractor for this project that includes a new front facade with aluminum storefront entries, structural steel, EIFS, and masonry finishes as well as new roof top units and associated ductwork. Interior work includes new metal stud, drywall, ceilings, vinyl composition flooring, food prep areas, coolers, offices, and bathroom renovations.
