New construction of a Sheetz Gas & Convenience Store located on a newly created 2.5-acre parcel at the entrance to the City of Parma. The site previously was occupied by an automobile parts manufacturing plant where project challenges included environmental and geotechnical issues. The project included land acquisition, entitlement work, construction, and property management.
